Borlink™ LE4212 by Borealis is an odorless, crosslinkable polyethylene (XLPE) compound. It provides improved electrical performance (additive WTR XLPE) meeting the advanced wet ageing requirements. It offers very good scorch resistance. It is designed for processing by extrusion method. Borlink™ LE4212 by Borealis is recommended for insulation of XLPE medium voltage (MV) AC power cables with rated voltages up to 69 kV. It complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006, WEEE, REACH and RoHS. Borlink™ LE0595-07 by Borealis is a black, crosslinkable polyethylene (PE) grade. It provides excellent surface finish and outstanding output rates. It offers excellent thermal stability which provides robust cable extrusion. The excellent distribution of carbon black and additives in Borlink™ LE0595-07 provide smooth semiconductive shield. It is recommended for conductor shield and bonded insulation shield of power cables. It can be stored for 24 months at 10-30 °C. It complies with IEC 60840, IEC 60502-2, AEIC CS8, ANSI/ICEA S-93-639, ANSI/ICEA S-94-649, ANSI/ICEA S-97-682 and UL 1072 specifications. Borlink™ LE0504 by Borealis is a odorless, crosslinkable, semi-conductive polyethylene (PE) grade. It is recommended for processing by extrusion. It has excellent distribution of carbon black and additive which results in a smooth semi-conductive shield. It provides excellent adhesion with aluminum conductor, excellent surface finish and outstanding output rates. It can be used as conductor and insulation shield for bonded cable constructions and also as conductor shield for strippable cable constructions. Borlink™ LE0504 is recommended for semi-conductive shields in TR-XLPE medium voltage (MV) AC cables with rated voltages up to 46 kV. It complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006, WEEE, RoHS and REACH. Borlink™ LE0594 by Borealis is a crosslinkable black polyethylene (PE) grade. It provides excellent adhesion with aluminum conductor, excellent surface finish and outstanding output rates. It is designed for processing by extrusion. It is recommended for conductor shield and bonded insulation shield of power cables. Its shelf life is of 24 months at 10-30°C. It complies with IEC 60840, IEC 60502-2, AEIC CS8, ANSI/ICEA S-93-639, ANSI/ICEA S-94-649, ANSI/ICEA S-97-682 and UL 1072 specifications. The excellent distribution of carbon black and additives in Borlink™ LE0594 provide smooth semiconductive shield. Borlink™ LS4201R by Borealis is an odorless, crosslinkable polyethylene (XLPE) compound based on supercure technology. It provides very good electrical performance. It is developed for easy cable extrusion and low space charge accumulation when used in combination with Borlink™ LE4253DC as supersmooth insulation and conductor screen. Borlink™ LE4253DC complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006, WEEE, RoHS and REACH. Borlink™ LE4244EHV by Borealis is an odorless, crosslinkable natural superclean polyethylene (XLPE) compound with very low sagging properties. It is designed for processing by cable extrusion method. It is recommended for insulation of XLPE extra high voltage (EHV) AC cables with rated voltages above 230 kV and power cables. Borlink™ LE4244EHV complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006, WEEE, RoHS and REACH. Borlink™ LE0520 by Borealis is an odorless, crosslinkable polyethylene (XLPE) compound. Borlink™ LE0520 is recommended for semi-conductive strippable insulation screens in medium voltage (upto 46kV) and power cables. Complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006, WEEE, RoHS and REACH. Borlink™ LE0592 by Borealis is an odorless, crosslinkable polyethylene (XLPE) copolymer. It exhibits excellent thermal stability, excellent surface finish and outstanding output rates. It is designed for processing by cable extrusion method. It has excellent distribution of carbon black & additives which offers smooth semi-conductive screen. It is recommended for semi-conductive shielding of crosslinked medium and high voltage solid cables (up to 161 kV). It can be used as conductor and insulation screen for bonded cable and strippable cable constructions. Borlink™ LE0592 complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006, WEEE, RoHS and REACH.
