BC8990

BC8990 by BCC Products is a two-component urethane elastomer grade. It consists of Resin (part A; 4 parts by weight) and Curative (part B; 1 part by weight). Offers low shrinkage, low viscosity, superior toughness and good abrasion resistance. Also offers good oil resistance, good resistance to moisture absorption, high tear strength, good hardness and good durability. It does not contain does not contain TDI, MDA or MOCA. It is available as clear viscous liquid for Resin (part A) and amber, black, red or white colored liquid for Curative (part B). Recommended for liners, pads and bumper applications. BC8990 is specifically designed for general purpose molding and casting of various shapes. It may also be used in potting and encapsulating applications.

BC709

BC709 by BCC Products is a two-component system based urethane elastomer grade. It consists of Iso (side A) and Curative (side B). Iso (side A) reacts slowly with water to produce carbon dioxide gas and Curative (side B) is insoluble in water & soluble in ketones and alcohols. It is available as colorless to yellow liquid for Iso side A and yellow to amber liquid for Curative side B. BC709 is designed to be used where curing at ambient temperatures and high level of mechanical properties of cured material is desired.

BC8360

BC8360 by BCC Products is a two-component urethane elastomer grade. It consists of Iso (side A; 100 parts by weight) and Curative (side B; 95 parts by weight). It contains no fillers and cures to a firm medium amber rubber. It is available clear in appearance for Iso (side A) and light amber for Curative (side B). BC8360 is used to make molds of detailed masters that contain moderate undercuts, concrete formliners and molds for point-of-purchase displays, rapid prototypes, special effects, taxidermy and sculpture reproductions.
