It exhibits good scratch resistance, wide hardness range, low temperature flexibility, excellent mechanical properties, good processability, colorability, surface appearance and compression set performance, even at elevated temperatures. It provides excellent adhesion to copolyester and polar substrates including, polycarbonate (PC), polyvinylchloride (PVC), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene & polycarbonate alloy (PC + ABS). It is processed by coextrusion and multi injection molding methods like overmolding and insert molding. OnFlex™ S KE 70A-3S1726 Black UV by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is recommended for automotive, industrial and consumer applications, like power and other tools. It complies with RoHS. OnFlex™ S EF 50A-3S1965 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a semi-filled, general purpose, hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer (SBC). It exhibits medium density, high flow, excellent processability, low compression set, wide hardness- and temperature operating range. It possesses good colorability and mechanical properties. It is processed by injection molding process. OnFlex™ S EF 50A-3S1965 is recommended for appliances-, automotive-, industrial- and consumer applications. It complies with RoHS. OnFlex™ U 5355A-S0014 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a general purpose, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPE-U), based upon alloys of styrene ethylene butylene styrene block copolymers (SEBS) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). This soft, good scratch resistant, oil & abrasion resistant grade exhibits wide hardness range and excellent mechanical properties. Also, offers good processability and chemical resistance. It is processed by extrusion and injection molding.OnFlex™ U 5355A-S0014 is recommended for automotive, industrial and consumer applications, like power and other tools. It complies with RoHS. OnFlex™ S FR 25A-3S1830 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a general purpose, flame retarded, halogenated, hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer (SBC). It exhibits very wide hardness range, excellent mechanical properties, good processability and elevated temperature compression set performance. It is processed by injection molding process. OnFlex™ S FR 25A-3S1830 is recommended for business equipment, automotive, industrial, electrical and electronic applications. It complies with RoHS and UL QMFZ2. OnFlex™ S HF 70A-3S1984 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a general purpose, hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer (SBC). It utilizes a patent pending halogen free flame retardant system. This grade exhibits wide hardness range, excellent UV stability, good processability, mechanical properties and limiting oxygen index (LOI) values. It is processed by injection molding. OnFlex™ S HF 70A-3S1984 is recommended for business equipment, automotive, industrial, electrical and electronic applications. It complies with RoHS. OnFlex™ S FR 70A-3S1890 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a general purpose, hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer (SBC). This halogenated & flame retardant grade exhibits very wide hardness range, excellent mechanical properties, good processability and elevated temperature compression set performance. It is processed by injection molding. OnFlex™ S FR 70A-3S1890 is recommended for business equipment, automotive, industrial, electrical and electronic applications. It complies with RoHS. OnFlex™ S KE 70A-3E1726 SO10 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a scratch resistant, hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer (SBC). It exhibits wide hardness range, low temperature flexibility, excellent mechanical properties, UV resistance, good mold release, processability, colorability, surface appearance and compression set performance, even at elevated temperatures. It exhibits high heat resistance, excellent mechanical properties, wide hardness range, good processability, low compression set and stress relaxation. It is processed by injection molding and extrusion. OnFlex™ HT 40A-3S2131 is recommended for pipe seals. It complies with RoHS and EN 681-2.
