Compoline® SBB 0215 by Auserpolimeri is styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block (SEBS) copolymer based compound modified with maleic anhydride. It is designed to work as modifiers and compatibilizer for polyamide (nylon6 and nylon66), polyester (PET, PBT and PLA) and other polymeric alloys. It increases the compatibility and the stability of polyamides/polypropylene based compounds. It can improve the adhesion in over-molding TPE-S compounds. It is used to produce polyamides and polyesthers compounds with high impact strength. Compoline® SBB 0215 is used in automotive applications. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Compoline® SEBS-MA01 by Auserpolimeri is high impact strength, stable, styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block (SEBS) copolymer-based compound modified with maleic anhydride. It is designed to work as a modifier and compatibilizer for polyamide (nylon 6 and nylon 66), polyester (PET, PBT and PLA) and other polymeric alloys. It shows very high performance as impact modifiers for polyamides and polyesthers (also filled with glass fibers). It improves the adhesion on PC, PA, ABS, PVC. It also improves the adhesion in over-molding TPE-S compounds. Compoline® SEBS-MA01 is used in automotive applications. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Compoline® CO/PA 330F by Auserpolimeri is a thermoplastic compound modified with maleic anhydride. It is developed to modify mechanical properties of polyamide systems. It is easy to be compounded in a broad range of proportions in
polyamide systems. It makes polyamide compounds suitable for manufacturing flexible items, including pipes and houses. The typical dosage of Compoline® CO/PA 330F in Nylon 6 is in the range 20-40 % in weight. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Compoline® CO/PA BL2RZ by Auserpolimeri is polyolefinic dry-blend modified with maleic anhydride. It is a good melt strength enhancer. It has high value of vicat softening temperature and very attractive cost/performance ratio. It acts as impact modifier for PA6/PA66 compounds and lubricant in pure and glass filled polyamide. Compoline® CO/PA BL2RZ has a shelf life of 2 years. Compoline® CO/PA 160H by Auserpolimeri is a thermoplastic compound modified with maleic anhydride. It is developed to modify the mechanical properties of polyamide systems. It is easy to be compounded in a broad range of proportions in
polyamide systems. It makes polyamide compounds suitable for manufacturing flexible items, including pipes, houses and cables-tie. The typical dosage of Compoline® CO/PA 160H in Nylon 6 is in the range 20-50 % in weight. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Compoline® CO/LA SVPW by Auserpolimeri is a linear polyethylene compound modified with maleic anhydride. It is designed to work as an adhesive and tie-layer between polyethylenes and metals or other polar surfaces. Compoline® CO/LA SVPW is used as glue in three-layer pipe coating systems for the exterior protection of steel pipelines. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Compoline® CO/LA MF by Auserpolimeri is a high adhesion, polyethylene blend modified with maleic anhydride. It is utilized as tie-layer in industrial flexible packaging and for the production of multilayer PE/EVOH/PE or PE/PA/PE structures. It has been designed to be specifically used as extrudable adhesive layer in multi-layer pipe coating systems for the exterior production of steel pipelines. Compoline® CO/LA MF is processed in a standard polyethylene extrusion line. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Compoline® CO/PA UL by Auserpolimeri is a semi-crystalline, thermoplastic, polyolefinic compound modified with maleic anhydride. It is designed to work as impact modifiers for polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 and as a compatibilizer in mixture of polyamides or polyesters (PET/PBT) with polyolefins. Recommended dosage of Compoline® CO/PA UL is 5-10% depending on compound composition. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Compoline® CO/LA ST1011R by Auserpolimeri is a high performance, high bond strength, thermoplastic polymeric compound modified with maleic anhydride. It is used as adhesive and tie-layer between polyethylene, aluminum, steel and other polar surfaces. It is also used as tie-layer in pipe coating and to produce thermoactivated adhesives in film form for aluminum composite panels. Compoline® CO/LA ST1011R is used as an extrudable glue in multilayer aluminum pipes in order to bond PEX/ aluminum or PERT/aluminum. It is applied both in co-extrusion and as single layer film produced by film blowing. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Compoline® CO/LA SV20 by Auserpolimeri is a stabilized, thermoplastic, polyolefinic compound modified with maleic anhydride. It is designed for the adhesion of outer layer, in standard equipments for co-extrusion or double extrusion. It is used as extrudable glue in multilayer aluminum pipes in order to bond PEX/aluminum or PERT/aluminum. Compoline® CO/LA SV20 exhibits fast activation at relatively low temperature and high performance in thermo-cycling test (with reduced formation of bubbles). It has a shelf life of 2 years.
