XYRON™ VT52Z by Asahi Kasei is a flame-retarded, halogen-free, modified polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polystyrene (PS) alloy filled with 20% mineral. It is processed by injection molding. Offers acoustic- & noise damping and loss factor 6.7. XYRON™ 644Z by Asahi Kasei is a high heat resistant, halogen free flame retarded polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polystyrene (PS) blend. It exhibits tracking-, hydrolysis-, acid and alkaline resistance. It offers small dimensional change under high temperature and high humidity. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in automotive applications including storage case for relay blocks/ junction box & fuses. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. XYRON™ X1712 by Asahi Kasei is a flame-retarded, halogen-free, modified polyphenylene ether and polystyrene (PPE+PS) alloy filled with 40% glass flake. Offers ultra low warpage and high stiffness. It is processed by injection molding. XYRON™ AT600 by Asahi Kasei is an unreinforced polyamide 66 (PA 66) and polyphenylene ether (PPE) alloy. It offers high flow and heat resistance. It is used in automotive applications. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. XYRON™ AT600 complies with automotive specifications GM GMP.PA66+PPE.002 Color: U7012 Black and UL 94 HB flame rating. XYRON™ XP640 by Asahi Kasei is a high heat resistant, flame retardant polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polyphthalamide (PPA) alloy filled with 40% glass fiber. It offers good dimensional stability. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in lens barrels, lens spacers for various cameras installed in cars. XYRON™ XP640 complies with UL 94 HB flame rating. XYRON™ VM34V by Asahi Kasei is a flame-retarded, halogen-free, modified polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polystyrene (PS) alloy filled with 35% glass fiber- and flake. It is processed by injection molding. Offers acoustic- & noise damping and loss factor 1.3.
