XYRON™ X304H by Asahi Kasei Plastics is a high stiffness, low warpage polyphenylene ether and polystyrene (PPE+PS) grade reinforced with 40% filler. Recommended for CD drive pick-up chassis, CD-RW drive sled- and sub chassis. XYRON™ X304H is suitable for processing by injection molding. Also applicable for printer carriages, LED cases, optical- and frame chassis for laser printers. XYRON™ 100V by Asahi Kasei Plastics is an unreinforced, flame-retarded, good flow polyphenylene ether and polystyrene (PPE+PS) grade. Possible applications are CD drive pick-up chassis, CD-RW drive sled- and sub chassis. Suitable for processing by injection molding. XYRON™ 100V is designed for printer carriages, LED cases, optical- and frame chassis for laser printers. XYRON™ 340W is flame-retarded, unreinforced polyphenylene ether and polystyrene (PPE+PS) grade by Asahi Kasei Plastics. Exhibits good flow and is processed by injection molding. XYRON™ S202A by Asahi Kasei Plastics is a low viscosity polyphenylene ether (PPE) grade. It is designed for CD drive pick-up chassis, CD-RW drive sled and sub chassis. It is also used for LED cases, printer carriages, optical and frame chassis for laser printers. XYRON™ S202A is suitable for processing by injection molding method. XYRON™ 240W is an unreinforced, flame-retarded polyphenylene ether and polystyrene (PPE+PS) grade by Asahi Kasei Plastics. Offers good flow benefit and is processed by injection molding. XYRON™ 240W is suitable for CD drive pick-up chassis, CD-RW drive sled- and sub chassis. Other applications include printer carriages, optical- and frame chassis for laser printers. XYRON™ S201A by Asahi Kasei Plastics is polyphenylene ether (PPE) grade. It is processed by injection molding. Suitable for CD drive pick-up chassis, CD-RW drive sled- and sub chassis. XYRON™ AG512 by Asahi Kasei Plastics is a 20% glass fiber filled polyamide and polyphenylene ether (PA+PPE) grade. It is processed by injection molding. Suitable for printer carriages, optical- & frame chassis for laser printers and LED cases. XYRON™ AG512 is also used for CD drive pick-up chassis, CD-RW drive sled- and sub chassis.
