TAIPOL® SBR 1502 is a styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion by Akrochem. It is produced by cold polymerization using a mixture of rosin acid and fatty acid soaps as emulsifiers, and is stabilized by a non-staining antioxidant. It exhibits excellent tensile strength, abrasion resistance and good mechanical properties. It provides good resistance against polar solvents and dilute acids & bases. TAIPOL® SBR 1502 is recommended for white sidewall tires, foot wear, light & dark color mechanical goods and other rubber applications.
