ArcBiox™ G2 by ABMcomposite is an impact modified, biodegradable, unreinforced, PBS (polybutylene succinate) polymer. It is made from 50-80% renewable resources. It offers home composability, excellent flowability, good flatness & dimensional stability and good temperature resistance. It provides high-performance, good stiffness & strength and high heat resistance. It can be processed by injection molding. It is an alternative for resins like SAN, PS & ABS. ArcBiox™ G2 is recommended for automotive, consumer electronics and furniture industry. ArcBiox™ BGF30–JA by ABMcomposite is a high temperature resistant, biodegradable, bio-polyester blend reinforced with long glass fiber. It is made from 50% bio-based content. It can be processed by injection molding. It offers good flowability, high stiffness & strength, excellent flatness & dimensional stability and high temperature resistance. ArcBiox™ BGF30–JA is recommended for automotive, consumer electronics and furniture industry. ArcBiox™ CA4 by ABMcomposite is an unreinforced, biodegradable, blend of PC (Polycarbonate) and PLA (Polylactic acid) polymer. It offers excellent impact properties, good flowability, good flatness and good dimensional stability. ArcBiox™ CA4 can be processed by injection-molding. It is recommended for automotive, consumer electronics and furniture industry. ArcBiox™ ED4 by ABMcomposite is an unreinforced, biodegradable, blend of PC (Polycarbonate) and PLA (Polylactic acid) polymer. It contains 25% bio-based content. It is an alternative for unreinforced PC/ABS. It can be processed by injection-molding. It offers medium flow, very good impact properties, good flowability, good flatness and good dimensional stability. ArcBiox™ ED4 is recommended for automotive, consumer electronics and furniture industry. ArcBiox™ BGF30-HA by ABMcomposite is a high temperature resistant, biodegradable, bio-polyester blend reinforced with long glass fiber. It contains 25% bio-based content. It offers good flowability, high stiffness & strength, excellent flatness & dimensional stability and high temperature resistance. It can be processed by injection molding. ArcBiox™ BGF30-HA is recommended for automotive, consumer electronics and furniture industry. ArcBiox™ BGF30-A19 by ABMcomposite is an impact modified, biodegradable, PLA (polylactic acid) polymer which is reinforced with long glass fiber. It is made from 100% renewable resources. It is an alternative for composites like glass reinforced PBT, PP and PA. It offers good flowability, excellent flatness & dimensional stability, high temperature resistance and high stiffness & strength. It can be processed by injection molding. ArcBiox™ BGF30-A19 is recommended for automotive, consumer electronics and furniture industry. ArcBiox™ SGF15-A15 by ABMcomposite is a UV stabilized, biodegradable, polylactic acid (PLA) polymer reinforced with short glass fiber.
