Tepex® dynalite 104-RG600(x)/47% by Envalior is a transparent polypropylene(PP) consolidated thermoplastic composite reinforced with continuous glass fiber rovings. It is developed entirely from sustainable raw materials, achieving an approximate 50% reduction in carbon footprint. Tepex® dynalite 104-RG600(x)/47% is used in lightweight automotive applications, including vehicle underbodies and safety-critical structural components such as front-end carriers and seat pans.

Ultrason® P 3010 BMB by BASF is a high viscosity, biomass‑balanced polyphenylsulphone (PPSU). It is produced using 100% green electricity through a resource-efficient manufacturing process. It helps achieve sustainability goals without compromising material performance, product quality, or requiring investment in new machinery.

Bayblend® FR3040 R35 RE by Covestro is a partially bio-circular, flame-retardant blend of polycarbonate & acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS). It contains 35% post-consumer PC recyclate for natural color. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in notebooks and thin wall applications. Bayblend® FR3040 R35 RE is ISCC PLUS certified and complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating.

Elastollan® 1198 A1X RC by BASF is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. It can be recycled both chemically and mechanically, supporting the sustainability transformation toward a circular economy. It provides reproducible performance close to virgin performance, while helping to reduce waste and CO₂ emissions and save fossil resources.
