SILTEM™ Resin STM1500 (Europe) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, flexible polyetherimide(PEI)-siloxane copolymer for cable and wire coatings. Offers high tensile elongation, chemical resistance- & heat resistance and good dimensional stability. It is a non-halogenated flame retardant grade. Exhibits low corrosivity & toxicity and smoke emission. SILTEM™ Resin STM1500 (Europe) can be processed by extrusion. Used in aerospace, defense, mass transportation like rail, electronics, material handling, electricals and industrial material handling. Complies with RoHS and UL 94 V-1 flame rating.

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCA875 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, flexible, impact resistant, non chlorinated/brominated & non-halogenated flame retardant, unreinforced extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCA875 (Americas) is recommended for wire insulation applications in dark colors. It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electric properties & processability, and low specific gravity. It can be processed by wire coating extrusion. It offers hydrolytic stability, low warpage, thin wall, low moisture absorption, creep resistant, dimensional stability. It is suitable for electrical and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers and tablets. This material is capable of meeting UL VW-1 requirements, 105°C end use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581.

SILTEM™ Resin STM1500 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, flexible polyetherimide(PEI)-siloxane copolymer for cable and wire coatings. It is a non-halogenated, flame retardant grade. Exhibits low corrosivity, toxicity and smoke emission. Offers high tensile elongation, energy management, excellent chemical- & heat resistance and good dimensional stability. SILTEM™ Resin STM1500 (Americas) can be processed by injection molding. Used in automotive, aerospace, mass transportation like rail, electronics, electrical, industrial material handling. It is RoHS compliant.

EXTEM™ Resin VH1003M (Americas) by SABIC is a transparent, PFAS-free, thin walled, halogen-free, flame-retardant thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) resin. Offers high heat resistance and internal mold release. It is processed by injection molding. Recommended for electrical and electronic applications including lighting. It is RoHS and VDE/DIN 472 part 815 compliant and is approved for food contact. EXTEM™ Resin VH1003M (Americas) is a dual-use item and is subject to export control restrictions under both U.S. 15 CFR 774 and Annex I of Reg. (EC) 428/2009 as ECCN 1C008.

EXTEM™ Resin VH1003P (Americas) by SABIC is a transparent, PFAS- & halogen-free, flame-retardant thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) resin. Provides high heat resistance, strength, stiffness, creep performance up to 230°C, good dimensional stability and easy processability. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. EXTEM™ Resin VH1003P (Americas) is recommended for industrial applications including electronic and additive materials. It is the powder version of EXTEM™ Resin VH1003.

EXTEM™ Resin VH1003F (Europe) by SABIC is an amorphous, transparent, halogen-free, flame-retardant thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) resin. Exhibits high heat, chemical & creep resistance. It shows good processability, dimensional stability, high flow and high stiffness & strength. EXTEM™ Resin VH1003F (Europe) is processed by injection molding. This product has thin wall FR capability and has a UL94 V0 listing. It is RoHS and VDE/DIN 472 part 815 compliant and is approved for global food contact.

EXTEM™ Resin VH1003F (Asia) is processed by injection molding. It exhibits good processability, dimensional stability, high flow and high stiffness & strength. This product has thin wall FR capability and has a UL94 V0 listing. It is RoHS and VDE/DIN 472 part 815 compliant and is approved for global food contact.

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD944 (Europe) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, flexible, low warpage, thin-walled, non-reinforced, creep resistant, extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It is a non-halogenated, flame retarded, non-chlorinated and non-brominated grade. It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water & moisture absorption, good electrical properties and low specific gravity. It offers dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability and good processability. It is used in electronic & electrical applications such as mobile phones, computer and tablets. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD944 (Europe) is processed by wire extrusion coating. It meets EN 50265-2-1 requirement and is IEC 60754 compliant. It is intended for evaluation in wire and cable applications such as optical fiber cable jacketing.

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD883A (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, flexible, thin-walled, non-reinforced, non-halogenated and flame retarded extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It exhibits low warpage, superior thermal stability, very low water & moisture absorption, good electrical properties and low specific gravity. It is a creep and impact resistant, non-chlorinated and non-brominated grade. It offers hydrolytic & dimensional stability and good processability. The processing is typically conducted on standard extrusion equipment, and UL 1581 testing is conducted on 2.0mm wire with 0.12mm X 20 stranded copper conductor. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD883A (Americas) is recommended for electrical and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers & tablets. It is suitable for wire extrusion coatings. It meets EN 50265-2-1 requirements. It is developed for evaluation in AC cable jacket applications such as HD 21.14 flexible cables that require EU VDE and dark color.

LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT2143 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, non-reinforced, non-halogenated, heat and UV stabilized polycarbonate (PC) copolymer. It exhibits mold release, high heat resistance and high flow. It is processed by injection molding. It is recommended for sport and leisure, respiratory and sleep therapy, ophthalmics and consumer goods like lighting. LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT2143 (Americas) is used in healthcare, automotive lighting and exteriors, electronics, electrical devices and displays. It is available in a range of opaque and limited transparent colors.
