Neoplast™ 1150-03 by Zylog is TPV (PP/EPDM) grade providing high flexibility across different plastic processes & 100% recyclability. It is a strong material providing excellent sealing, aesthetics, long term performance compared to thermoset rubbers and PVCs. It exhibits good UV- and chemical resistance as well as fair oil resistance. It is processed by co-injection and co-extrusion. It possesses reduced system costs, reduction in part processing as well as lowering carbon footprint. It imparts balanced mechanical properties of low compression set, resiliency, flex fatigue behavior and tensile strength. Neoplast™ 1150-03 shows good weather-, tear-, abrasion-, ozone-, acid-, base-, alcohol-, water solution-, polar solvent-, detergent- and high-temperature resistance. Low fogging, odor, coefficient of friction, good colorability, surface quality and long-term heat stability are some other properties offered by this grade. It finds application in automotive.
