Neoplast™ 1130-01

Supplied byZylog- Last Updated on Mar 10, 2021

Neoplast™ 1130-01 by Zylog is TPV (PP/EPDM) grade providing high flexibility across different plastic processes & 100% recyclability. It is processed by co-injection and co-extrusion. It possesses reduced system costs, reduction in part processing as well as lowering carbon footprint. It imparts balanced mechanical properties of low compression set, resiliency, flex fatigue behavior and tensile strength. It shows good weather-, tear-, abrasion-, ozone-, acid- and base resistance. It also exhibits alcohol-, water solution-, polar solvent-, detergent-, high-temperature as well as fair oil resistance. Low fogging, odor, coefficient of friction, good colorability, surface quality and long-term heat stability are some other properties offered by this grade. It is a strong material providing excellent sealing, aesthetics, long term performance compared to thermoset rubbers and PVCs. Neoplast™ 1130-01 is used in industrial applications.
