Neoalloy™ 3180-01

Neoalloy™ 3180-01 by Zylog is lightweight TPO grade. It imparts exceptional toughness at low temperatures with a balance of impact, stiffness and tensile properties. It provides excellent insulation from noise, vibration, harshness and heat as well as ease of processing on standard thermoplastics processing equipment with high flow for long & thin parts, shorter cycle times. It exhibits high resistance to weathering, superior haptics and aesthetics - colorable and controlled gloss. It is versatile providing both rigid and flexible properties, making it an excellent replacement to flexible PVC and rigid ABS. It offers good UV-, chemical-, scratch-, mar- and abrasion resistance. It also shows excellent resistance to ozone, acids, bases, alcohols, water solutions and detergents. Neoalloy™ 3180-01 is used in automotive, consumer and industrial applications.
