Neoalloy™ 3170-01

Neoalloy™ 3170-01 by Zylog is lightweight TPO grade for automotive. It imparts exceptional toughness at low temperatures with a balance of impact, stiffness and tensile properties. It provides excellent insulation from noise, vibration, harshness and heat. It exhibits high resistance to weathering, superior haptics and aesthetics - colorable and controlled gloss. It offers both rigid and flexible properties, making it an excellent replacement to flexible PVC and rigid ABS. It offers good UV-, chemical-, scratch-, mar- and abrasion resistance. Neoalloy™ 3170-01 also shows excellent resistance to ozone, acids, bases, alcohols, water solutions and detergents. It provides ease of processing on standard thermoplastics processing equipment with high flow for long & thin parts, shorter cycle times.
