Zetpol® 2030L by Zeon Chemical is a lower-mooney version of a highly saturated copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It exhibits high tensile strength, good heat resistance and good chemical resistance to aggressive fluids. It can be an economical option if the application has lower heat resistance requirements. It is ideal for sulfur cured timing belts or other applications in extension or flex where a sulfur cure is preferred. Zetpol® 2030L is FDA compliant. The shelf life of this product is 3 years.
