Zelfo® HG by Zelfo Technology is a cellulose fiber. It is an economic, bio based, adaptable and sustainable alternative to wood, plastics and other materials. Offers a variety of design attributes for different applications with flat, smooth, textured, or mottled surface; through-body or surface treated, unfinished, matte or glossy finish; and natural (surface treated or through-body) color; both neutral and vibrant tones are possible. Possesses low density, heat and sound insulation as well as some structural properties. The hydrophilic nature of Zelfo may be modulated, in accordance with application requirements, via the incorporation of internal and/or surface sealants. Zelfo® HG by Zelfo Technology is used in consumer products, packaging, interior design and construction include housings, furniture, flooring, paneling. Patented fiber technology developed by Zelfo Technology transforms 100% renewable or recycled cellulose fibers and water into self-binding, non-toxic Zelfo® material. It is based on hemp.
