XECARB® PPA-CF by Xenia is a bio-sourced PPA polymer base reinforced with 20% carbon fiber. It is designed to provide high mechanical and thermal performance, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance for lightweight, durable, and functional parts.
  • It provides high stiffness, tensile strength, dimensional stability, reduced shrinkage and warpage.
  • It also shows reduced thermal expansion, durability, process repeatability, and high dimensional accuracy.
  • It is engineered for reliability under mechanical load and high-temperature environments.
  • It delivers heat resistance and chemical resistance against solvents, oils, and greases.
  • It is used for structural components produced through FFF 3D printing in automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
  • XECARB® PPA-CF is applied for production tools and fixtures such as jigs, assembly masks, drilling guides, robotic gripping systems, and technical components.
