Vinnolit® E 68 CF by Westlake Vinnolit is a very fine-particle, pastemaking emulsion homopolymer that is readily converted into low-viscosity plastisols with a good shelf life. It is an odorless white powder that is virtually insoluble in water. Exhibits outstanding foaming characteristics that are remarkably kicker independent across a wide range of plasticizer levels to produce semi-rigid as well as flexible products. Apart from compact coatings, its major application is to produce chemically blown foams having a particularly fine cell structure. Pastes with medium plasticizer content show nearly Newtonian flow over the entire shear range. It provides excellent foaming speed and good action of inhibitor. Shows good cell structure with a low tendency to overfoam and good behavior at the gelation drum. Vinnolit® E 68 CF is suitable for rotomolding and the production of foam layers for flooring applications. It is also used in artificial leather and other foam applications. Registered with ECL (Existing Chemicals List), ENCS (Handbook of Existing and New Chemical Substances), AICS (Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances), IECSC (Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China), DSL (Domestic Substance List), PICCS (Philippine Inventory of Chemicals and Chemical Substances), TSCA (Toxic Substance Control Act Chemical Substance Inventory) and REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006).
