MAGNUM™ 3904 Smooth LP

MAGNUM™ 3904 Smooth LP by Trinseo is a “Smooth Series” acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin. Provides excellent processability, ultra-low particulate content, lower plate (LP) out content and a stable light base color that is ideal for self-coloring. Exhibits a superior surface finish in which the plate out build–up on the extruder roller stack is reduced significantly. Enables customers to produce parts with both outstanding aesthetics and surface cleanness at lower total cost. Possesses low temperature toughness, rigidity and good chemical resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. MAGNUM™ 3904 Smooth LP is used in automotive interiors and furniture. Complies with UL94 HB Flame Rating.
