Sustainable® 1013 is a bio-based PLA (polylactic acid) blend resin containing biodegradable polymers. Exhibits an excellent balance of low modulus, toughness, and processability. Moreover, it can replace up to 95%+ of petroleum content used in traditional plastics. It can be processed on existing conventional electric and hydraulic reciprocating screw injection molding machines. Sustainable® 1013 is recommended for applications requiring higher impact strength including houseware, automotive industry, and similar applications. Listed on TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) Inventory List, Canada DSL (Domestic Substance List) Inventory List, EU EINECS (European Inventory of Existing Commercial Chemical Substances) List and China inventory of Existing Chemical Substances list.
