Compostable® 6015 is a renewable, ecologically sound, biodegradable PLA (poly-lactic acid) blend resin. Exhibits an excellent balance of strength, toughness and processability. It can be processed on existing sheet extrusion lines. Recommended for sheet applications including gift cards, sheet, printed displays, and similar applications. Meets BPI (Biodegradable Products Institute www.bpiworld.com) standards for compostability (ASTM6400D99, ASTM6868) and European Bioplastics Standards (EN13432). Listed on TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) Inventory List, Canada DSL (Domestic Substance List) Inventory List, EU EINECS (European Inventory of Existing Commercial Chemical Substances) List and China inventory of Existing Chemical Substances list.
