3281 by TotalEnergies is a polypropylene (PP) homopolymer film grade. Possesses low melt flow and allows uniform draw down during processing resulting in maximum line speeds and shows a good balance of physical properties. It produces consistent product properties during extrusion even with the use of regrind. Is suitable for processing by conventional extrusion molding. Recommended for sheet and strapping applications where high melt strength and high extrusion speeds are required. Applications include consumer packaging<5L, caps and closures, compounds and masterbatches, containers, food-, beverage packaging and automotive. 3281 by TotalEnergies is a FDA compliant grade and may be used under these provisions for food contact applications.
