TOPAS® 6015S-04 by Topas Advanced Polymers (Polyplastics) is glass-clear, 150°C heat resistant, high purity cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) medical grade plastic. It is engineered for healthcare applications such as drug delivery (syringes, cartridges) and other medical components requiring heat resistance. Possesses high moisture barrier, excellent biocompatibility and high dimensional stability. Excellent alcohol, acid and alkali resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for healthcare including pharmaceutical containers and delivery systems. Steam, EtO and gamma sterilizable. TOPAS® 6015S-04 complies with ISO 10993, US Pharmacopoeia XXIII-Class VI and UL 94 HB flame rating. Listed with USA FDA under Drug Master File 12132 and Device Master File 1043. Available worldwide.
