Sarlink® TPV 5765B by Teknor Apex is a heat resistant thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade with low hardness and high melt stability. It exhibits high tensile strength, excellent flexural fatigue endurance, resistance to high temperatures up to 135°C, outstanding electrical properties, abrasion resistance, good UV resistance and excellent resistance to chemicals & weathering. It has high impact strength, low specific gravity, low tension & compression set and good colorability. It reduces production costs due to its shorter cycle times, reduces energy needs and has very high material efficiency as a result of its recyclability. Sarlink® TPV 5765B by Teknor Apex can be reprocessed through several heat cycles without loss of physical properties. Is suitable for processing by blow molding, extrusion and injection molding. Desired for applications like profiles and seals. Potential applications include automotive (under hood applications, sealing systems), building profiles, hoses, film, sheeting, wire & cable jacketing, pipe seals, wine corks, household appliances, power tools, sports as well as leisure articles, personal care products and food contact applications. Complies with automotive specification such as FORD WSS-M2D379-B1 and GM GMP.E/P.029.
