TAITAREX® 818W by Taita Chemical is a water insoluble, water clear, high molecular weight, general purpose polystyrene (GPPS) grade. It is a low residual monomer (300 ppm) produced with the state-of-the-art technology from US NOVA Chemicals. Exhibits high impact, strength, good transparency, mold dimension stability, easy processing, good heat and water resistance. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. It is recommended for OPS/ PSP sheet applications. TAITAREX® 818W complies with UL 94 HB flame rating (file no. E50263), US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 21 CFR 177.1640 and meets with the requirements of ISO 9002:1994, ISO 14001:1998 and OHSAS 18001:2001 standards.
