FDM® ABS-CF10

FDM® ABS-CF10 by Stratasys is a strong, versatile, lightweight, ABS material reinforced with 10% chopped carbon fiber. It is designed for F123 Series™ 3D printers. This water-soluble composite material is a compelling alternative to metal parts. It is 15% stronger and more than 50% stiffer than standard ABS, without the weight of metal. It can be printed with a high degree of accuracy. It also makes it possible to make 3D print intricate and complex parts without time-consuming manual support removal. It is used in aerospace, automotive, industrial and recreational manufacturing industries. FDM® ABS-CF10 can be used for parts applications like end effectors used with industrial robots, ergonomic aids such as lift assists & hand tools and alignment fixtures on assembly lines. Recommended for manufacturing tooling, jigs and fixtures.
