Laprene® NERO 83E29ZA60 is a saturated (double bonds-free), recyclable SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene)-based TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) grade containing polyolefinic component. Elastic phase is made up of SEBS rubber and plastic phase has usually a polyolefinic nature. It is a cylindrical pellet with light characteristic odor. Exhibits elastic recovery, softness, heat adhesion on polypropylene (PP), high fatigue resistance, high thermal & electric insulation values, excellent colorability and aesthetic properties. Also exhibits excellent resistance to weathering agents, ozone, UV aging and chemical agents (bases, acids, alcohols, detergents & water solutions). Moreover, it can be processed using extrusion. Suitable for industrial building applications (weather seals for doors and windows).
