SABIC® LDPE HP2024NDF

SABIC® LDPE HP2024NDF by SABIC is low density polyethylene (LDPE) grade. The foam produced gives a high compression strength, uniform surface & cell structure, few pinholes, better resilience and dimensional stability. It is without slip and anti-block additives. It is ideally suitable for crosslink- and non-crosslink foaming processes using both physical and chemical blowing agents. SABIC® LDPE HP2024NDF is less sensitive to web-breaks and foam-collapse due to high consistency and a wider operating window. It is used for all types of foam, produced with chemical blowing agents or physical gases, X-linked and non X-linked.
