PLEXIMID® TT50 by Roehm highly heat distortion resistant poly(n-methyl methacrylimide) (PMMI) grade. Exhibits excellent transmission & clarity, very high strength & rigidity, good weather resistance and high heat deflection temperature under load.
  • It is supplied as aluminum-laminated pellets of uniform size.
  • PLEXIMID® TT50 is particularly suitable for processing by injection molding with standard 3-zone general purpose screws for thermoplastics.
  • Used in applications that involve high heat loads such as automotive lighting, lenses, fiber optics, luminaire covers, nameplates and sight glasses.
  • This grade is listed by AMECA.
