CYROLITE® MD H12 by Roehm is an amorphous polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) grade. It exhibits excellent dimensional stability, exceptional ultra-violet light transmittance, superior optical clarity, maximum flow characteristics and outstanding scratch resistance.
  • It provides medium melt flow rate and higher vicat softening point.
  • It can be processed in injection molding machines and extrusion lines with 3- zone general purpose screws.
  • CYROLITE® MD H12 is recommended for medical devices requiring UV spectroscopy for fluid evaluation, like cuvettes, rotors, well plates, diagnostic test packs, microfluidics and crystallography trays.
  • It meets requirements of the US Pharmacopeia Class VI in colorless only, ISO 10993-1 and FDA 21 CFR 176.170 for food contact for all use conditions upto and including hot filled or pasteurized above 150°F.
