ROBALON-Z by Röchling Leripa Papertech is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) grade, reinforced with molybdenum disulphide. It is free from splits or breaks. Exhibits strong clinging, sliding properties, high relative moisture, very low friction, low adhesion, noise attenuation and tension-free internal structure. Offers resistance to impact-, wear-, low temperature-, hydrolysis-, stress cracks-, chemical-, UV- and weather. Suitable for use in temperatures below 0°C. Used for bearing, bushings and linings. Typical applications include chain/belt guides, curved guides, slide parts, sprockets for piste equipment, wearing plates for vibrators and rammers. ROBALON-Z complies with UL-94 flame ratings.
