RheTech Polypropylene HP521-186UV by RheTech is a U.V. stabilized, high performance polypropylene (PP) copolymer grade reinforced with 20 % talc. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible consumer & industrial applications include lawn and garden tools, furniture, sports & recreation, housewares, packaging, pool and spa. Other applications are vehicle interior such as cockpit consoles, steering shroud, glove box & knee bolster, HVAC components & ducting, fuse and junction boxes, door systems like trim, structural door modules, map pockets, speaker, grilles, handles & grips, seat backs, interior pillar covers, rear tray and shelf. RheTech Polypropylene HP521-186UV can also be used in vehicle exterior applications such as side claddings & moldings, rocker panels/ sill sides, step pads, rail covers, roof racks, fascias, grille components, cowl tray/ screens, brackets and wheel flairs. Vehicle under the hood functional applications range from fan shrouds, battery box, trays, air cleaner, housings, HVAC, canisters, fuse boxes, electrical & lamp housings and structural parts such as front end modules, GOR’s and fender carriers. Complies with ISO 14001:2004 (Certificate number : TRC 00967).
