Heramid® S NER FV030 by RadiciGroup is a natural colored polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It is produced with raw materials selected from polymerization, spinning and compounding production plants. It provides excellent mechanical properties, low coefficient of friction, good processability, fast molding cycles and excellent impact strength. It offers high rigidity, good dimensional stability, good moldability, good surface finish and excellent heat resistance. It exhibits high levels of hardness, tensile strength and good resistance to fatigue, wear, abrasion, compression and torsion. It is resistant to organic solvents, hydrocarbons, vegetable-, animal- and mineral-oils and fats, salt solutions, ketones, esters, alcohols, petroleum products and lubricating and fuel oils etc. Heramid® S NER FV030 is suitable for processing by injection molding.
