Megatal® J500-M-TFE by Mega Polymers is an acetal copolymer reinforced with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and mineral. Possesses higher specific gravity compared to polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and nylon. Exhibits inherent lubricious properties, exceptional wear and creep resistance. Is widely accepted as replacement over metal parts. Megatal® J500-M-TFE is recommended for gears, pulleys and door latches.
