Megatal® J270 by Mega Polymers is a high flow, high productivity acetal copolymer resin. Possesses higher specific gravity compared to polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and nylon. Exhibits inherent lubricious properties, exceptional wear and creep resistance. Is widely accepted as replacement over metal parts. Megatal® J270 is designed for processing by injection molding. Recommended for gears, pulleys and door latches.
