EP46HT-2 by Master Bond is a versatile two component epoxy (EP) system for bonding, sealing, coating and casting applications. It provides good electrical insulation, temperature resistance and excellent thermal stability. It exhibits long open time at room temperature, good physical strength and mechanical properties.
  • It contains no solvents or diluents and is 100% reactive with low shrinkage upon curing.
  • It offers exceptional aggressive chemical resistance which includes the ability to withstand many acids, bases, oils, fuels, hydrocarbons and solvents.
  • It resists prolonged exposure to hostile environment and bonds well to a variety of substrates including metals, composites, ceramics, glass, rubbers & many plastics.
  • It can be used for potting and encapsulation.
  • It is used in specialty aerospace, electronic, petrochemical and OEM applications.
  • It has a shelf life of 1 year in original unopened containers at 75°F.
  • EP46HT-2 is RoHS complaint and meets NASA low outgassing.
