Adflex X 500 F by LyondellBasell is a water insoluble, soft thermoplastic olefin elastomer grade by LyondellBasell. Exhibits good processability, medium stiffness, high transparency and good gloss. Provides good flexibility, excellent clarity and low modulus. Offers high heat- and low temperature impact resistance benefits. It does not contain any slip or anti-blocking agents and can be blended with other transparent polyolefinic resins. Suitable for processing by extrusion coating, cast film and injection molding. Used in packaging applications including bags, pouches, breathable film and clear containers. Other applications include food-, hygiene-, lamination- and stationery film packaging. Adflex X 500 F by LyondellBasell is recommended for household & consumer goods like housewares and toys. Complies with EU 1935/2004/EC (framework regulation), EU 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 10/2011/EC (PIM), US CONEG Model Legislation for heavy metals, EU Packaging and Packaging Waste 94/62/EC, End of Life Vehicle directive 2000/53/EC, RoHS directive 2002/95/EC & 2011/65/EU and meets the FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.1520.
