Adflex X 100 G is a water insoluble, natural colored thermoplastic olefin elastomer manufactured using the company’s proprietary Catalloy process technology. Provides high flow, good flexibility, processability, low hardness, high softness and a low modulus with a relatively high melt flow index. Exhibits good impact and low temperature impact resistance. It does not contain any slip or anti-blocking agents. Is suitable for processing by extrusion compounding and injection molding. It has been developed as an impact modifier for polypropylene to be used both in extrusion and in injection molding applications. Recommended for food packaging (crates, food packaging film, peelable film), consumer goods (housewares, luggage, toys) and sports & leisure. Complies with EU 1935/2004/EC (framework regulation), EU 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 10/2011/EC (PIM), US CONEG Model Legislation for heavy metals, EU Packaging and Packaging Waste directive 94/62/EC, ELV directive 2000/53/EC, RoHS directives 2002/95/EC & 2011/65/EU and meets the FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.1520(a)(3)(iii) and 21 CFR 177.1520(c)(3.4).
