KURARITY™ LB550 by Kuraray is a soft, moldable acrylic block copolymer grade. Exhibits good chemical resistance, excellent self-adhesion, excellent weather-ability and excellent clarity in elastomers. Offers ultimately less odor, high gloss, no hydrolytic degradation and good compatibility with other polar plastic. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. KURARITY™ LB550 is suitable for base polymer for hot melt adhesives, transparent molded parts, such as smartphone cases and slip preventions for various sheet & film product applications. Meets UL 94 HB flame rating.
