POVAL™ JL-18E by Japan Vam & Poval is a partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade. It is soluble in water and easy to handle. It is synthetic and available in the form of granules. Offers high emulsification capability and high adhesion to hydrophobic resins. POVAL™ JL-18E can be used for general industrial applications such as span and vinyl acetate emulsion polymerization.
