WAYMAX™ EX6000

Supplied byJapan Polypropylene- Last Updated on Nov 22, 2024

WAYMAX™ EX6000 by Japan Polypropylene is a long-chain branched high melt strength polypropylene (HMS-PP) based on original metallocene catalyst technology. It offers good recyclability, melt flowability and high strain hardening properties. It provides excellent molding stability and good foaming characteristics.
  • It exhibits excellent heat stability at the same time due to the absence of a denaturation process.
  • It has extremely low gel, odor, greatly improved film-forming properties and has less volatile gas emissions compared with cross-linked HMS-PP.
  • It is suitable for processing by cast film molding, extrusion foaming and thermoforming.
  • It is recommended for foam container applications.
  • WAYMAX™ EX6000 is JPN approved for food applications.
