Innothane® InnoTuf® TP-4040 by Innovative Polymers is a fast, impact resistant polyurethane (PU) rubber grade. Offers excellent physical properties without the utilization of mercury, 4,4'-methylene-bis-2-chloroaniline (MOCA) or toluene diisocyanate (TDI). Innothane® InnoTuf® TP-4040 is suitable for meter mix dispensing. Possible applications include military training aids, sports & recreational equipment, functional automotive components, theme park models and prototypes that simulate thermoplastic parts (ABS, TPO, polycarbonate). Complies with RoHS regulation.
