Everflon™ ETFE 4010 by Hubei Everflon Polymer is an intermediate flow rate, general-purpose, melt processable ethylene-tetra-fluoro-ethylene (ETFE). It is modified copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE). It is high performance resin that can be processed at relatively high rates.
- It exhibits greatly enhanced flex life and resistance to environmental stress, weather, abrasion and chemical.
- It offers outstanding impact strength, excellent dielectric performance and mechanical properties.
- It is hydrolytically stable and mechanically tough.
- It is suitable for processing by melt extrusion, compression-, blow- and injection molding.
- Used in electric components, sleeving, coil forms, sockets, connectors and switches, lab wares such as tubing, valves, containers and dishes.
- It is also used in battery components, valves, seal glands, pipe plugs and corrugated tubing and films.
- Everflon™ ETFE 4010 PFOA free and complies with REACH, RoHS and UL 94 HB flame rating.
