Lifoflex® UV FLAM 60700 by HEXPOL COMPOUNDING is a halogen, chlorine & antimony-free thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It exhibits flame retardancy without the use of polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE), thereby offering resistance to ignition & burning and good processability. It possesses high flexibility, low smoke generation, hardness, complete scrap recyclability, good adhesion to PP/PE and good mechanical properties. It can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Lifoflex® UV FLAM 60700 is used in cables, cable grommets, plug top, electrical insulation, cords & connectors, cavity wall sockets and miscellaneous gasket profiles. It conforms to European directives 2011/65/EU (RoHS) and 2003/11/EC.
