Tarnamid® T-27 GF40 FRV0

Tarnamid® T-27 GF40 FRV0 by Grupa Azoty is a flame-retardant, fibreglass reinforced, high quality polyamide 6 grade made by polycondensation of e-caprolactam. Exhibits high mechanical strength, rigidity and hardness, high flammability resistance , high impact strength, high vibration dampening capacity, high chemical resistance (especially to organic solvents, oils, lubricants and fuels) and high thermal resistance (operating temperature range between - 60°C and +150°C). Offers good fatigue strength, good electro-insulating and optical properties, very good sliding properties, abrasion and scratch resistance, low coefficient of friction, significant moisture absorption influencing mechanical & electrical properties and self-extinguishing properties . Suitable for production of items which come in contact with food (grades certified by PZH and conforming to European Union Directive No. 2002/72/WE requirements including all amendments). Tarnamid® T-27 GF40 FRV0 by Grupa Azoty complies with V0 class acc. to UL94 and does not release toxic gases or fumes during burning.
