Exceed™ 0015XC by ExxonMobil Chemical is ethylene 1-hexene copolymer. Exhibits easy processability due to high melt index in extrusion & co-extrusion coating and extrusion lamination processes. Suitable for processing by injection molding. It contains thermal stabilizer. Recommended for industrial coating on different substrates like board and paper (bleached and unbleached), aluminum foil, flexible films and PE-based woven fabrics. Used in building and construction laminates, wire & cable compounds, packaging films, food and liquid packaging. Laminates using Exceed™ 0015XC as coating layer have outstanding sealing properties and broad hot tack window.
