VESTAMID® Care ME40 by Evonik is a biocompatible, heat & light stabilized, polyether block amide (PEBA) resin, free of plasticizers. It is resistant to body fluids, heat (thermal stability), U.V/light/weathering and toxicologically safe. This grade offers high flexibility & elasticity, high impact resistance, excellent dimensional stability, high chemical resistance and easy processability & colorability. This low density grade is gamma & EtO sterilization resistant and tough & resilient. It possesses low coefficient of friction. It is processed by injection molding. VESTAMID® Care ME40 by Evonik is used in medical applications.
