RESOMER® RP d 335 by Evonik is bioabsorbable di-block copolymers of poly (DL-lactide) and poly (ethylene glycol) methyl ether 5000 with 33% weight fraction of PEG. It is designed for nanoparticle formation and can be used in a wide range of parenteral drug delivery applications which include controlled and sustained release drug products. It is amphiphilic and helps to achieve shorter degradation time than standard lactide/glycolide-containing polymers.
