EcoPaXX® Q-HXGM24 by Envalior is a heat-stabilized, 10% glass fiber-reinforced, 20% mineral-reinforced, high-performance, long aliphatic polyamide (PA410) based on castor oil. It is processed by injection molding. It possesses excellent surface aesthetics, low warpage, good thermal properties and high flow. It offers exceptional performance in the most demanding of environments. Also, exhibits excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, combined with a very high melting point (highest of all bio-plastics) and high crystallization rate (typical for engineering plastics like PA66 and PA46). EcoPaXX® Q-HXGM24 is used in beauty covers. It is used in automotive industry for central flooring, door panels & wheels and coolant expansion tanks.
