Durethan® FLX-RTM

Durethan® FLX-RTM by Envalior is an easy flowing, heat stabilized, impact modified polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade. It offers excellent low‑temperature mechanical performance and melt flow for complex geometries. It is suitable for rotational molding of tank liners.

• It offers a highly economical single‑stage process that produces homogeneous components-eliminating pinch‑off seams typical of extrusion blow‑molded liners and weld seams required in multi-part injection‑molded designs.
• It provides low hydrogen permeability, providing a high barrier against small gas molecules.
• It shows good compatibility with liquid fuels, including CE10 gasoline and other apolar liquids.
• Durethan® FLX-RTM also provides exceptional toughness at temperatures down to –40°C along with high elongation, flexibility and ductility.
